MINIWHEELS uses The Courier Guy to deliver orders directly to the delivery address provided by the customer during checkout.

Please ensure that all shipping details are accurate and complete before placing your order. This includes your full name, contact number, street address, suburb, city, postal code, and any additional information required to locate your delivery address.

MINIWHEELS is not responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, or additional courier charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information supplied by the customer. We will, however, assist in communicating with the courier where reasonably possible.

2. Delivery Address

Orders will be shipped to the address specified in the shipping details at checkout. Customers are responsible for verifying their delivery information before completing their purchase.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has been processed or handed over to The Courier Guy.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier operations, public holidays, weather conditions, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Any delivery time provided by MINIWHEELS is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date, unless expressly stated otherwise.
